Primarily rural small business owners, small town business, and larger business models that preserve the mom & pop shop culture & attributes. This association will allow even the smallest business to gain access to each other and resources that are usually reserved for larger companies and corporations. Additionally, as a Public Service; Millican Cooperative will provide access to the Community Bulletin Board for Members and Community-Benefit Organizations such as:

• and other non-profit community based organizations.
